Do you do route optimization?
Not in v1. We do skill + capacity matching at assign time. Route optimization is on the roadmap; for now we trust dispatchers to sequence drops, with the live board surfacing late jobs as alerts.
Can drivers be paid based on completed jobs?
Job completion timestamps and proof-of-delivery photos export to CSV via the Pro Reports surface. Pay calculation lives in your payroll tool.
