Is Fleiko Dispatch an emergency dispatch service?
No. Fleiko Dispatch coordinates commercial deliveries and service calls. It is not a 911, ambulance, or roadside-emergency service. For roadside emergencies, contact your insurance provider or local emergency services.
Can my customers book through Fleiko?
Yes — on the Pro plan. Each tenant gets a self-serve customer portal where repeat customers sign in, see their job history, track active deliveries, and book new pickups. Bookings drop straight into your dispatch board's Unassigned lane.
Do I need to install an app for my drivers?
No. The driver mobile experience is a PWA — drivers open a URL on any phone, sign in, and work. Offline queueing handles signal-dead zones; the queue drains the moment they reconnect.
What happens when I hit a usage cap?
Job and SMS caps are monthly; driver caps are based on the current active roster. The usage meters on your billing page warn you before you hit each cap. Going over the Starter caps surfaces an in-product upgrade prompt to Pro; going over Pro contacts support.
Can I switch from Starter to Pro mid-month?
Yes. Switching goes through Stripe with proration — you pay the difference for the remaining days and unlock Pro features immediately, including the customer portal.
