Does Fleiko Dispatch handle scheduled maintenance contracts?
Yes — recurring service plans are entered as scheduled jobs on the board. Pro accounts get unlimited saved views to manage maintenance customers separately from on-demand calls.
Can we integrate with QuickBooks or ServiceTitan for invoicing?
QuickBooks via outbound webhooks (Pro). ServiceTitan is a larger product with its own dispatch board; if you're running ServiceTitan today, Fleiko isn't a fit. We target small HVAC shops that don't need (or want) ServiceTitan's price tag and complexity.
What about EPA 608 license tracking?
Each tech profile carries license certifications with expiry dates. The AlertInbox surfaces upcoming expirations; you can also block assignments to techs whose license has lapsed.
Will my older techs use the mobile app?
It's a web page they open on their phone — no app store install, no account setup beyond a one-time magic link. Designed for one-handed use with 48px tap targets.
