Fleiko Dispatch · vs Onfleet
Onfleet Alternative: Fleiko Dispatch for Small Fleets
If you're under 25 drivers and Onfleet's $599/mo Launch tier feels heavy, Fleiko Dispatch covers the same daily flow at $59–$149.
Onfleet is a great product — designed for serious last-mile delivery operations with deep route-optimization and large-fleet workflows. The price reflects that ($599/mo Launch, $1,299/mo Scale, custom Enterprise as of late 2025). For a 5–25-driver courier, service, or trades operation, that's expensive software for features you may not need yet. Fleiko Dispatch is built for exactly that customer.
Verdict
- Pick Onfleet if: you're 25+ drivers, run sophisticated last-mile routes that benefit from route optimization, or need their multi-region failover and SLAs.
- Pick Fleiko Dispatch if: you're 2–25 drivers, want flat pricing that doesn't penalize headcount growth, and value the included customer portal as a differentiator.

Common questions
Will Fleiko ever do route optimization?
On the roadmap. We've shipped the Mapbox Optimization v1 wrapper internally and have an action layer; we're holding on the dispatcher UI until we land a clean before/after diff experience. For now, dispatchers sequence drops on the live board.
Can we import our Onfleet data?
CSV import of historical jobs is supported. Active task migration takes a single export-import cycle.
What's missing vs Onfleet?
Route optimization in the UI, native mobile apps, and the long tail of integrations Onfleet has accumulated. We're a smaller, leaner product.
