Fleiko exists because the existing tools for managing 2–50 vehicles were either spreadsheets (free but chaotic) or enterprise suites with annual contracts and per-vehicle pricing (built for fleets ten times your size).

We built the system we wished we'd had: clear enough to use without training, flexible enough to fit a contractor, a property manager, or a small delivery operation, and priced so a 5-vehicle business can afford it without a contract.

Why we built this

The decision to manage a fleet of 10 vehicles in Excel isn't made because Excel is good. It's made because every fleet software vendor wants a 3-year contract, a setup call with a salesperson, and $25 per vehicle per month. For a 10-vehicle business making $400k/year, that's a serious line item — for software that does ten times more than you need.

Meanwhile the spreadsheet works fine until the day it doesn't: an insurance certificate lapses, a truck misses a service interval and grenades a transmission, a driver's license expired six months ago and nobody noticed. The breakdowns don't happen because you're a bad operator. They happen because no one has time to chase 200 dates manually.

Fleiko is the system in between. The vehicle list, the document expiry alerts, the maintenance schedule, the repair log, the driver files, the cost tracking — in one place, on a flat monthly plan, with no contract. And if you don't want to manage it yourself, we'll do the follow-up work for you on the Managed plan.

Honest about what we don't do

We're not an ELD provider. We're not a video telematics platform. We're not a 200-driver enterprise suite. If you need those, we'll say so.

Who's behind it

Fleiko was started by a fleet operator who spent years managing vehicles across multiple businesses — rental, delivery, service — and got tired of forcing operations into tools that weren't built for the scale or budget. The product is shaped by ongoing conversations with the small-fleet operators who use it daily: HVAC contractors, property managers, car rental owners, last-mile delivery operations.

We're an independent company. No outside investors dictating roadmap. No VC pressure to chase enterprise customers and abandon the people we built this for.
