Account Deletion
You can delete your Fleiko account at any time from within the app. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.
1. How to Delete Your Account In-App
Follow these steps from within the Fleiko portal:
Your session will end immediately. You will not be able to sign back in.
2. What Gets Deleted Immediately
- Your login credentials — your email and password are removed from our authentication system
- Your membership record — you are removed from the company's portal account
3. What Gets Deleted Within 60 Days
If you are the last remaining member of your company account, all company data is permanently deleted within 60 days of your account closure:
- All vehicles, drivers, and their associated records
- All uploaded documents and compliance files
- All maintenance schedules and repair requests
- All GPS location history
- The company profile itself
If other team members remain on the account, only your personal credentials and membership record are removed. Company data and other members are not affected.
4. Data We Do Not Delete
We retain aggregate, anonymized platform usage statistics (such as total number of requests processed) that cannot identify you individually. These are used solely to monitor system performance and cannot be linked back to your account.
5. Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to sign in and cannot use the in-app deletion flow, email us at legal@fleiko.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm by email once complete.
