Your public booking page
Every workspace has a booking page at /c/<your-slug>/book, live from provisioning. Change the slug and branding (logo, colours) in Dispatch → Settings → Public URL and Branding. A request from the page lands on your board as an alert to accept or decline.
Customer accounts
A customer with an account can sign in to see their jobs and tracking in one place. Whether the portal is on by default, and whether customers can submit requests or reschedule, comes from your preset and can be changed in settings.
