The tracking link
A job with a customer contact gets a private tracking link. It shows the job's progress, the expected arrival, and — depending on your preset — the driver's approximate position while en route. Nothing on it exposes other customers' stops or your internal notes.
Some presets minimise what the page shows on purpose; a medical operation's tracking page shows a neutral reference and no contents or recipient identity.
Notifications
Customers can be told when a job is assigned, when the driver is en route, when the ETA changes, when it is delivered and when it could not be completed. Which of those go out by default comes from your preset; the wording is editable per tenant. Customers can opt out of SMS and email, and Fleiko honours suppressions from your provider.
Rescheduling
Where your preset allows it, a customer can pick a new window from the tracking page themselves: if the job has not yet been assigned or started, its window moves; if it was a failed stop with automatic re-attempts off, the next attempt is created at the chosen window. You see the change on the board as the updated window — there is no approval step.
