The timeline
Dispatch → Settings → Message Center is a read-only timeline of sent notifications with the provider's delivery status. Use it to answer 'did the customer get the tracking link?' without guessing.
Why a message was not sent
Fleiko does not send to a number that opted out of SMS, an address that unsubscribed, or an address your email provider has suppressed after a bounce. Quiet hours for alerts and driver push notifications are set in dispatch settings.
