Group jobs into routes, let Fleiko order the stops, and dispatch the route to a driver.

Building a route

Select jobs on the board and build a route for a driver. Optimization orders the stops to minimise driving from your depot (Dispatch → Settings → Depot) while respecting time windows and, where your preset uses them, pairs and capacity. You can drag stops to override the order before dispatching.

ETAs and re-optimization

Once dispatched, ETAs update from the driver's progress and live traffic. If the day changes — a stop fails, an urgent job arrives — re-optimize the remaining stops without touching completed ones.

Recurring routes
Save a route you run regularly and let Fleiko create it each morning.
Job status lifecycle
The statuses a job moves through, who moves it, and how completed and failed work are recorded.
Manifests and waybills
Print a manifest for a route, driver or client, or a waybill for a single job, with barcodes where your preset uses them.
