Copilot Action Confirmations

Copilot never makes changes without your explicit confirmation. Here's how the confirmation flow works.

How confirmations work

When Copilot suggests a fleet action (such as creating a maintenance reminder or updating a vehicle status), it presents a confirmation card before making any changes.

The confirmation card shows: the action type, the affected record, and the specific changes that will be made.

You must click Confirm to execute the action. Clicking Cancel dismisses it with no changes made.

Copilot may suggest actions, but Fleiko does not make changes until an authorized user confirms the action.

Who can confirm actions?

Only users with Owner or Manager roles can confirm Copilot actions. Driver-role users can ask Copilot questions but cannot confirm write actions.

Action history

Confirmed actions are recorded in your audit history. If a Copilot action caused an unintended change, you can manually correct it via the relevant section of your portal.
