What is Copilot?
Copilot is an AI assistant built into your Fleiko portal. It has access to your live fleet data — vehicles, drivers, maintenance, repairs, documents, costs, and more.
You can ask Copilot questions in plain language and request it to perform actions on your behalf.
What Copilot can do
Answer questions: 'Which vehicles have overdue maintenance?' / 'What's our total fuel spend this month?' / 'Which drivers have expiring licenses?'
Summarize data: 'Give me a summary of this week's activity.' / 'What are our top repair issues?'
Suggest actions: Add a maintenance reminder, create a repair request, or update a vehicle status.
Action confirmations
Copilot may suggest actions, but Fleiko does not make changes until an authorized user confirms the action.
When Copilot proposes an action, you'll see a confirmation card. Review the details and click Confirm to execute, or Cancel to dismiss.
Copilot limits
Copilot message usage counts toward your monthly plan limit. Check Settings → Plan & Usage to see your current usage.
Copilot is available on plans that include the Copilot capability.
