User Roles Explained

Fleiko has three user roles — Owner, Manager, and Driver. Each has different permissions.

Owner

Full access to all portal features: vehicles, drivers, documents, maintenance, repairs, inspections, fuel logs, expenses, vendors, imports, exports, reports, copilot, and settings.

Only Owners can delete the company account.

Only Owners receive the weekly digest email.

There can be multiple Owners on an account.

Manager

Same access as Owner for day-to-day operations: add/edit vehicles and drivers, upload documents, manage maintenance and repairs, run reports.

Managers cannot delete the company account.

Managers can invite new team members.

Driver

Read-only access to fleet records relevant to their work.

Drivers can submit repair requests and inspection reports.

Drivers can use GPS tracking to report their location.

Drivers cannot add, edit, or delete core fleet records.

Inviting team members

Go to Settings to invite new team members. Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invitation email with a link to create their account.
