Assigning by hand
Open the job and choose Assign. Eligible drivers are listed with a score; the score weighs distance, workload, skills and vehicle fit. A driver who does not meet the job's requirements — missing skill, insufficient capacity, off duty — is flagged or excluded, and a driver whose licence has expired is always excluded.
Assignment guards
Double-booking and off-duty conflicts are checked against the driver's other work, padded by the overlap buffer you set. Each guard runs in one of three modes: off, warn (the conflict is shown and an acknowledged reason is required) or block (the assignment is rejected unless overridden with a reason). Overrides are audited. Configure them in Dispatch → Settings → Assignment guards.
Auto-assign
Turn on auto-assign to let Fleiko assign new work when its confidence in the best driver is above the threshold you set; below it, the job stays unassigned for you. Dispatch → Settings → Auto-assign.
Reassigning and unassigning
Reassign moves a job to another eligible driver; unassign returns it to the queue. Both are recorded in the job's history and, if the driver has the app, they see the change immediately.
