Getting drivers in
Add a driver with a mobile number, then send the app invite (it goes by SMS). The driver opens the link, signs in with the passcode flow, and lands on Today's jobs. You can resend the invite from the Drivers page.
The app runs in the phone's browser and can be installed to the home screen; a native build uses the same screens.
Working a job
The driver sees each job's address, window, customer contact and any handling notes, moves it through its statuses, captures proof at completion and records a reason (and a photo where your policy requires it) when a stop fails. Condition photos can be captured before and after where enabled.
If the connection drops, the app shows its offline state and lets the driver continue when it returns.
Location sharing
Location is shared only after the driver consents in the app, and only while they are on duty. See 'Driver location consent' for what is stored and for how long.
