What the profile decides
Your operating model (delivery, field service, pickup and drop-off, or general) and industry pick a preset that sets terminology (delivery vs. job, driver vs. crew), the job form's fields, proof defaults, dashboard metrics and a recommended way to add work. It never changes your plan or what you are entitled to.
The questions
Each launch industry asks a few typed questions during setup. Answers are saved to your profile and drive recommendations and defaults you can change; a medical operation must confirm its two acknowledgements before setup can complete. Answer or revise them in Dispatch → Settings → Operation profile.
Revision history
Every save of the profile is one revision: what changed, when, and the before-and-after snapshot. Changing the profile affects future work and defaults; completed jobs keep the snapshot they were created with.
