Getting Started with Fleiko

An overview of what Fleiko is, who it's for, and how to get your fleet set up in minutes.

What is Fleiko?

Fleiko is remote fleet management software for small businesses operating 2–50 vehicles. It helps you track vehicles, drivers, documents, maintenance schedules, repairs, inspections, fuel costs, and expenses — all in one place.

Fleiko is designed for business owners and fleet managers who need visibility and organization without the cost and complexity of enterprise fleet tools.

Who is Fleiko for?

Fleiko is built for small businesses with vehicle fleets: contractors, landscapers, delivery companies, service businesses, tradespeople, and any team that relies on vehicles to operate.

You don't need a full-time fleet manager. Fleiko gives you the tools to stay on top of your fleet in minutes per day.

How to get started

1. Book a free fleet review — a Fleiko team member will walk through your current setup and configure your account.

2. Add your vehicles — enter make, model, year, VIN, plate, and current mileage.

3. Add your drivers — record license details and assign vehicles.

4. Upload documents — insurance certificates, registration, MOT, and anything with an expiry date.

5. Set maintenance reminders — oil changes, tyre rotations, inspections.

6. Invite your team — owners, managers, and drivers each have appropriate access.

Next steps

Once your fleet is set up, Fleiko will alert you to expiring documents, upcoming maintenance, and new repair requests. The dashboard gives you a live snapshot of your fleet's status at any time.
