Proof of delivery

The proof types drivers can capture, what your policy can require, and what the customer receives.

Proof types

At completion a driver records one of: signature, photo, signature and photo, barcode scan, contactless drop. A stop that could not be completed records why: no show, customer refused, could not complete, unsafe location, or redelivery scheduled.

Your proof policy

Your preset sets the defaults — which proof types are allowed and which are captured by default, whether the recipient's name (and relationship) is required, whether a photo or signature is mandatory, and whether failures need a reason or a photo. Presets can tighten these; nothing you answer in setup loosens a requirement.

Before-and-after condition photos are available for work where damage disputes matter (furniture and appliance delivery turns them on by default).

Receipts and retention

The customer can receive a delivery receipt with the proof. Proof is kept for the retention period Fleiko sets for your plan and then removed; personal details on old proof are anonymised on the same schedule.
