DIY vs Managed: Which Service Mode Is Right for You?

Fleiko offers two service modes — DIY (self-serve) and Managed (done-for-you). Here's how to choose.

DIY (Self-Serve)

In DIY mode, your team manages the portal directly. You add vehicles, upload documents, log maintenance, submit repair requests, and run reports yourselves.

DIY is ideal for businesses with an office manager, owner-operator, or team member who can maintain records consistently.

DIY plans are available on Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers.

Managed (Done-For-You)

In Managed mode, Fleiko's team handles fleet record management on your behalf. Your drivers submit photos and information; we process, categorize, and maintain your records.

Managed is ideal for businesses where the owner or driver is too busy to manage records, or where record-keeping has historically been inconsistent.

Managed service is available on the Managed plan tier.

Can I switch between modes?

Yes. Contact Fleiko support if you want to transition from DIY to Managed or vice versa. We'll help migrate your existing data and set up the new workflow.
