How Fleiko Plans and Limits Work

An overview of Fleiko's plan tiers, what each includes, and how limits are enforced.

Plan tiers

Fleiko offers two self-serve DIY plans — DIY Starter and DIY Pro — as well as Managed plans for teams that want hands-on support.

DIY Starter: up to 15 vehicles, 2 team members, 25 Copilot messages per month. Core fleet management included.

DIY Pro: up to 50 vehicles, 10 team members, 250 Copilot messages per month, GPS tracking for all vehicles.

All plans include vehicles, drivers, documents, maintenance reminders, repairs, inspections, fuel logs, expenses, CSV exports, Fleet Health Score, and reports.

How limits are enforced

Vehicle limits apply to active vehicles (vehicles marked as Sold do not count).

User limits apply to all team members with accepted or pending invitations.

Copilot message limits reset monthly and are enforced per company.

GPS tracking is available on DIY Pro and all Managed plans. It is not included on DIY Starter.

If you reach a limit, you can upgrade your plan from Settings → Plan & Billing.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade, go to Settings → Plan & Billing in the portal. You can switch between Starter and Pro or contact Fleiko to discuss Managed plans.
