Supported document types
Fleiko supports the following document categories: Insurance, Registration, MOT / Safety Inspection, Commercial Driver's License, Vehicle Title, Lease Agreement, Permit, Warranty, Maintenance Record, and Other.
Uploading a document
Go to Documents in the portal. Click 'Upload Document'.
Select the document type, choose the associated vehicle or driver, set an expiry date if applicable, and upload the file.
Fleiko accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, and HEIC files up to the configured size limit.
Expiry alerts
Fleiko monitors expiry dates and flags documents as Expiring Soon (within 30 days) or Expired.
The weekly digest email includes a summary of expiring documents for Owner and Manager roles.
The dashboard shows a count of documents needing attention.
Document privacy
Documents are stored securely in Supabase Storage. Only authenticated members of your company account can access your documents.
