What is the weekly digest?
The weekly digest is an automated email sent to Owner-role users every week. It summarizes: expiring and expired documents, overdue maintenance reminders, open repair requests, and a fleet health overview.
Who receives it?
The weekly digest is sent to Owner-role team members. Managers and Drivers do not receive the digest email.
The Digest tab in the portal
The Digest tab in your portal shows the same summary content on demand — you don't need to wait for the weekly email.
You can view the digest at any time from the portal navigation.
