Supported import types
Fleiko supports CSV imports for: Vehicles, Drivers, Fuel Logs, Expenses, Maintenance Records, and Repair Requests.
How to run an import
Go to Imports in the portal. Select the data type you want to import.
Download the CSV template for your chosen type to see the required columns and format.
Fill in your data and upload the file.
Fleiko will validate each row and show you a preview before confirming.
Review the preview, fix any errors, then confirm to import.
Import limits
The number of imports per month is determined by your plan. Check Settings → Plan & Usage to see your current import count.
After importing
Imported records appear immediately in the relevant section of your portal. If something looks wrong, you can edit individual records after import.
