Vehicle limits
Your plan's vehicle limit applies to vehicles with status Active, In Service, or Inactive. Vehicles marked as Sold do not count toward your limit.
DIY Starter allows up to 15 vehicles. DIY Pro allows up to 50 vehicles.
If you're approaching your vehicle limit, you can mark old vehicles as Sold to free up capacity, or upgrade your plan from Settings → Plan & Billing.
User limits
User limits apply to the number of company members with invite status Accepted or Pending. Invitations that have not been accepted still count toward the limit.
DIY Starter allows up to 2 team members. DIY Pro allows up to 10 team members.
If an invitation is no longer needed, you can remove it from Settings to free up a user slot.
Checking your current usage
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing to see your current vehicle count, user count, and Copilot usage compared to your plan limits.
