Vehicle limits
DIY plans no longer cap vehicles. You are billed for every vehicle with status Active, In Service, or Inactive; vehicles marked as Sold are not billed.
Because this is a billing count and not a cap, marking a vehicle as Sold REDUCES your next invoice rather than freeing a slot. Your current billable count and monthly total are shown in Settings → Plan & Billing.
A $15/month minimum applies on DIY Starter ($24 on DIY Pro), so fleets of three or fewer vehicles all pay the same floor.
User limits
User limits apply to the number of company members with invite status Accepted or Pending. Invitations that have not been accepted still count toward the limit.
DIY Starter allows up to 2 team members. DIY Pro allows up to 10 team members.
If an invitation is no longer needed, you can remove it from Settings to free up a user slot.
Checking your current usage
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing to see your current vehicle count, user count, and Copilot usage compared to your plan limits.
