How Maintenance Reminders Work

Set up recurring maintenance reminders by mileage or date. Fleiko tracks what's due and what's overdue.

Creating a reminder

Go to Maintenance in the portal. Click 'Add Reminder'.

Enter the service name (e.g. Oil Change), service type, and the vehicle it applies to.

Set a recurrence: interval in miles, interval in months, or both.

Enter the next due date or mileage threshold.

Set an alert threshold (e.g. alert 14 days before due).

Reminder statuses

OK — the service is not yet due based on your alert threshold.

Due Soon — within your alert threshold.

Overdue — past the due date or mileage.

Logging a completed service

Click 'Log Service' next to a reminder to record that the maintenance was completed. Enter the service date and mileage. Fleiko will automatically calculate the next due date.
