Understanding Your Fleet Health Score

The Fleet Health Score gives you a single A–F grade for your fleet's operational readiness.

What is the Fleet Health Score?

The Fleet Health Score is a calculated grade (A, B, C, D, or F) that summarizes your fleet's current operational status based on maintenance, documents, inspections, and repair issues.

A higher score means your fleet is well-maintained, documents are current, and there are no critical open issues.

What factors affect the score?

Overdue maintenance reminders — vehicles past their service due date lower the score.

Expired or expiring documents — insurance, registration, and licenses with past or approaching expiry dates.

Open critical repair requests — unresolved high-priority repairs reduce the score.

Failed inspections — recent inspection failures with unresolved issues.

How to improve your score

Log completed maintenance services to clear overdue reminders.

Upload renewed documents before they expire.

Resolve open repair requests by updating their status to Resolved.

Complete and pass pending inspections.
