Submitting a repair request
Go to Repairs in the portal. Click 'New Repair Request' or 'Report Issue'.
Enter a title, description, priority (Low, Medium, High, Critical), and the affected vehicle.
The request is logged with a Submitted status and a reported date.
Repair request statuses
Submitted → In Progress → Resolved. Managers and Owners can update status and add admin notes visible to the team.
Creating a repair from an inspection
If an inspection identifies a defect, you can create a repair request directly from the inspection record. This links the repair to the originating inspection for traceability.
