What Fleiko Does Not Do

Fleiko is an organizational tool, not a compliance or legal service. Here's what falls outside our scope.

Fleiko's scope

Fleiko helps organize fleet records, reminders, documents, inspections, repairs, reports, GPS visibility, and fleet workflows. Fleiko does not act as a DOT, FMCSA, DMV, insurance, legal, tax, or regulatory compliance provider. Customers remain responsible for their own legal, insurance, driver, safety, and regulatory obligations.

What Fleiko is not

Fleiko is not a DOT compliance platform. We do not file ELD logs, FMCSA reports, or hours-of-service records.

Fleiko is not an insurance provider. We do not assess, underwrite, or validate insurance coverage.

Fleiko is not a legal or tax advisor. Documents stored in Fleiko are for your team's organizational use only.

Fleiko is not an emergency dispatch service. For roadside emergencies, contact your insurance provider or emergency services.

Fleiko does not guarantee that your fleet meets any specific regulatory standard simply by using the platform.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicles, drivers, and operations comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Fleiko can help you organize records and set reminders, but it is your responsibility to act on those reminders and maintain compliance with the relevant authorities.
