What you see
Dispatch → Board lists today's work as cards: title, customer, address, scheduled window, priority (0–3), status and the assigned driver. Open a card to see the full job in the drawer — details, status history, proof, messages and the assignment controls.
Filters and saved views narrow the board to what you are working on (unassigned, at risk, a driver, a client). The command palette (search) finds jobs, drivers and customers by name or reference across the workspace.
Map view
With the map permission, the board can show job locations and live driver positions for drivers who have consented to location sharing from the driver app. See 'How GPS tracking works' for what is and is not shared.
Alerts and attention
The board raises alerts for work that needs a decision: a job running late, an ETA slipping, a vehicle idle on an active job, a driver leaving a job's geofence, a licence about to expire, and a customer booking request. Failed stops reach operators by notification, and guard conflicts are shown in the assign drawer at the moment of assignment rather than as board alerts.
